DeliPlayer is back online!

Last Sunday the DeliPlayer website went offine due to severe technical difficulties of our hoster. When it was online again, it turned out that all data on deliplayer.com was lost. Even worse, no backup of our domain was available at the hoster.

The best thing we could do was to restore the last backup we had - which was unfortunately about 6 months old.

We were able to recover all html and script files, so the site itself is up-to-date. However, all changes in the forum database are lost. This affects both user accounts and forum postings.

We apologize for this data loss. Please register again for the DeliPlayer forum if your account got lost. If you have backups of your forum articles we would be very happy if you could post them again.
We've taken precautions that such a data loss will not happen again.

Thank goodness you're back online! 'tis a pity that much of the forum data was lost, though...

Just a minor issue, feel free to ignore:
Since I just recently registered for the forum (shame on me I guess...) I had to re-create my profile. That's no biggie, however, I am unable to upload an avatar (permission denied on line 227 in avatar.php).

We've fixed the problem right after your posting. Did you try it again? Does it work now?
