Hi!
Winamp offes the function "Enqueue as Default Action", so if i double click a file in the Explorer it is added to the Playlist.
I'm searching this function in DP2

Yeah, me again, i know how to make DP2 enqueue as default action (Change standart action for the file types), but there should be a switch to do so |

open the menu from the playlist window..... playlist/record list
All files 'click played' via explorer are now recorded(enqueued) in the playlist. |

Hey... great feature... wasn't aware of that, nice how about making it possible that you select a number of files in your file manipulator (I use Total Commander and not Explorer) and then press a short cut key and they are all added to the playlist.... that would be really nice.
But maybe you are now just saying that it can already be done....
I should maybe read the documentation |

The Record list feature has been around for a long long time now :) pre dp2.
A UI button can be placed onto a dp2 window via gOd mode to activate this feature directly if required.
Additionaly, If you have 2 playlist windows open (one full one empty for example) songs clicked and played in the full list will appear (be recorded) in the second list when record list is active.
A Nice way to browse and create a new list from ,,,'lets say-, 'a file dump list' ? 'file pool?....whatever. ..............: Check the 'tips and tricks'
Using the 'update dir' feature to update a pool list is also a nice option. This is how I work. Twin playlist windows. I use one to contain everything I download or rip , I just update that dir using that list as I would explorer or TC to create custom lists in playlist 2.
Not to everyones tastes, but yet another option. |
