If you have a question concerning DeliPlayer please try to find help in the documentation and the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page on this site. Send email only you are absolutly sure your question is not answered there.
Unfortunately, there are numerous module and mp3 files on the net that are corrupt.
In rare cases, DeliPlayer even refuses to play files that other players accept.
Before complaining about DeliPlayer rejecting certain files you 'know' are in
a supported format, please carefully check if the file is 100% valid or, if you cannot
do that, try to get another version of the module/mp3 from a more reliable source.
If you think that you've found a tune with replay problems, you can upload it onto our ftp site ftp.deliplayer.com/incoming. Please include a short text file which describes the bug and email a copy of this description to player@deliplayer.com Uploads without a problem description will be deleted. Do not upload copyrighted material (e.g. samples from CD's, TV or radio broadcasts).
